Every One is Different

Everyone is different. It doesn't matter what others think of you, just what you believe you are. Never compare yourself with someone you see on the street. That will make you start to think of yourself in a bad way. Many of the mean people at my school only care what others think of them. This is what mostly makes them bad. In the future they will be told that doing bad things is cool. They will believe this and do the bad things. This is why you should not care what others think of you.

  1. Well Elizabeth, you have just stated one of the most important lessons in life. Everyone is different and everyone is special, in their own way. you have learned this lesson as a teen, some don't learn it - ever! Maybe 82.

  2. I find that I always get into trouble when I start comparing myself to others. You'd think I'd have learned by now!

  3. Hi Bean. Thanks for visiting my blog today. Hey, how'd you get so smart? It took me FOREVER to learn this stuff.

  4. Learning how to handle cruelty is hard for all of us. You strike me as being very grounded. I suspect your right. Those kids will probably do bad things for which one day they'll be ashamed of. I'd rather see them get smart and recognize their uniqueness the way you seem to be able to do.

  6. P, one reason she probably got "so smart" was by reading Finnegan's Blog. I recommend it.

It is interesting that your blog title is Not Very Different, while this posting is entitled, Every One Is Different!
